To assure satisfaction of Clients' requirements and for efficient work management during the project operation, a Corporate Project Management System (CPMS) has been developed and implemented in the UTEM Group of companies.
When creating the Project Management System we have taken into account the best modern standards and guidelines of international organizations such as PMI, IPMA, ISO, as well as own extensive experience in the execution of integrated projects and programmes.
The centre element of the Project Management System is a network scheduling module based on Primavera P6 Professional. A project model created in this module integrates all aspects of the project: project documentation and resources, cost estimates and budget, procurement and contracts. This enables us to manage the project comprehensively, taking into account all factors and aspects. Project managers and Clients receive only up-to-date information, so they can make the right decisions throughout the project.
Management of projects portfolio provides company management with up-to-date information on the whole pool of ongoing projects, which ensures the stability of the company operation on the whole.
